How it works?

After you sign up, you will receive your own personal conference number. This is good for any conference calling throughout the U.S

The conference room can hold up to 30 people per room.

Upon calling that number, you can press the # key to hear how many people are already in your conference room. (If you are the first one in the room, the computer will ask you to "press one" to create the room.)

Remember, the only cost you will ever see is your normal local or LD charge to call our service.

PIN Codes
Identify each participant on the conference call by his or her employee code to ensure a secure conference call.
Call Replay (Digital Recording)
The call is recorded and stored digitally in a secure location where it is made available at a later date. Using a secure passcode, users can access the confidential call recording at any time. Users can hear the conference call in its entirety or take advantage of prompts to skip specific segments.
Conference Recording
The conference can be archived on CD, audiocassette or in a .wav file for future reference and/or training purposes.
Attendance List
An attendance list can be provided to the moderator within an hour of an attended conference call completion via e-mail or fax. A hard copy of the list is also available by mail.
Roll Call
Participants' names are read out during the call to announce who is in attendance.
